Dr. Alexandra Sielaff is the Director of the Master's in Business Administration program and Associate Professor of Global Management at Carroll University. Dr. Sielaff is also the owner of Thunderbird Independent Consultants, LLC and is a global trainer and Certified Professional Coach. Her experience includes serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Dental Associates where she developed the training programs for over 800 staff and managers, achieving significant levels of satisfaction among patients with her team. Dr. Sielaff has also served as a professor of statistics and organizational behavior at Marquette University for 23 years, as Director of Graduate and Professional Education and Associate Professor of global business at MSOE for 5 years, and coordinator of program development and evaluation at WCTC for 15 years. Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Slavic Languages and Literature and Masters in Soviet/East European Studies, University of Kansas; Master of International Management, Thunderbird School of Global Management; and Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at University of Wisconsin-Madison. As professor for international business, macroeconomics and microeconomics courses, Dr. Sielaff provides a broad understanding of current global economics and trade issues.
